Description

Initialize and set a current context.

ccloud init <context-name> [flags]

Flags

--kafka-auth          Initialize with bootstrap url, API key, and API secret. Can be done interactively, with flags, or both.
--bootstrap string    Bootstrap URL.
--api-key string      API key.
--api-secret string   API secret. Can be specified as plaintext, as a file, starting with '@', or as stdin, starting with '-'.

Global Flags

-h, --help            Show help for this command.
-v, --verbose count   Increase verbosity (-v for warn, -vv for info, -vvv for debug, -vvvv for trace).

Examples

Initialize and set a current context of name “new context”:

ccloud init "new context" --kafka-auth
