confluent iam service-account update

Description

Update an existing IAM service account.

confluent iam service-account update [id] [flags]

Flags

    --display-name string   A human-readable name for the Service Account.
    --description string    A free-form description of the Service Account.
    --context string        CLI context name.
-o, --output string         Specify the output format as "human", "json", or "yaml". (default "human")

Global Flags

-h, --help            Show help for this command.
    --unsafe-trace    Equivalent to -vvvv, but also log HTTP requests and responses which might contain plaintext secrets.
-v, --verbose count   Increase verbosity (-v for warn, -vv for info, -vvv for debug, -vvvv for trace).

Examples

Update the description of service account “sa-123456”.

confluent iam service-account update sa-123456 --description "updated description"
