# confluent iam service-account create ## Description Create an IAM service account. ```none confluent iam service-account create [flags] ``` ## Flags ```none --resource-owner string The resource ID of the principal who will be assigned resource owner on the created resource. Principal can be a "user", "group-mapping", "service-account", or "identity-pool". --description string A free-form description of the Service Account. --context string CLI context name. -o, --output string Specify the output format as "human", "json", or "yaml".
