Description

Update an existing DNS forwarder.

confluent network dns forwarder update <id> [flags]

Flags

    --name string              Name of the DNS forwarder.
    --dns-server-ips strings   A comma-separated list of IP addresses for the DNS server.
    --domains strings          A comma-separated list of domains for the DNS forwarder to use.
    --context string           CLI context name.
    --environment string       Environment ID.
-o, --output string            Specify the output format as "human", "json", or "yaml". (default "human")

Global Flags

-h, --help            Show help for this command.
    --unsafe-trace    Equivalent to -vvvv, but also log HTTP requests and responses which might contain plaintext secrets.
-v, --verbose count   Increase verbosity (-v for warn, -vv for info, -vvv for debug, -vvvv for trace).

Examples

Update the name of DNS forwarder “dnsf-123456”.

confluent network dns forwarder update dnsf-123456 --name my-new-dns-forwarder

Update the DNS server IPs and domains of DNS forwarder “dnsf-123456”.

confluent network dns forwarder update dnsf-123456 --dns-server-ips 10.200.0.0,10.201.0.0 --domains abc.com,def.com
