Delete connector (soft-delete, async)

/usm/v1/connect-clusters/:connect_cluster_id/connectors/:connector_name

Early Access

Exception to native parity: native Kafka Connect's DELETE returns 204 No Content synchronously. This endpoint returns 202 Accepted (async soft-delete: connector enters DELETING, then DELETED) instead — deliberate, not merely additive. Client automation checking for a 204 on delete must be updated.
