GroupListing

Struct GroupListing

Source
pub struct GroupListing { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A listing of a group in the cluster.

Implementations§

Source§

impl GroupListing

Source

pub fn new( group_id: impl Into<String>, group_type: Option<GroupType>, protocol: impl Into<String>, group_state: Option<GroupState>, ) -> Self

Creates a group listing.

§Arguments
  • group_id - Group Id
  • group_type - Group type
  • protocol - Protocol
  • group_state - Group state
Source

pub fn group_id(&self) -> &str

The group id.

§Returns

Group Id

Source

pub fn type(&self) -> Option<GroupType>

The type of the group.

If the broker returns a group type which is not recognised, as might happen when talking to a broker with a later version, the type will be Some(GroupType::Unknown). If the broker is earlier than version 2.6.0, the group type will not be available, and the type will be None.

§Returns

The type, if available.

Source

pub fn protocol(&self) -> &str

The protocol of the group.

§Returns

The protocol

Source

pub fn group_state(&self) -> Option<GroupState>

The group state.

If the broker returns a group state which is not recognised, as might happen when talking to a broker with a later version, the state will be Some(GroupState::Unknown).

§Returns

The state, if available.

Source

pub fn is_simple_consumer_group(&self) -> bool

Returns whether the group is a simple consumer group or not.
