Error code Errors::TopicAuthorizationFailed. Java extends chain: TopicAuthorizationException -> AuthorizationException -> InvalidConfigurationException -> ApiException -> KafkaException. Fatal per common::requests::request_utils::is_fatal_error.

• unauthorized_topics - the topics that failed authorization
