This topic provides the support policy and Confluent Platform compatibility matrix for Control Center.

Considerations:
- Starting with Control Center 2.0.0, the standard support policy of Control Center is for 2 years from the first patch release (.0) date.
- Platinum tier support is not offered for Control Center as of 2.0.0 version.
- Effective with Control Center 2.2.1, Confluent Enterprise license customers receive quarterly patch updates for minor
version releases for the latest version only. This means each release gets exactly one patch.
- For example, the Control Center 2.2.0 release gets the Control Center 2.2.1 quarterly patch. The next quarterly patch will be for the next release. That means that the Control Center 2.3.0 release gets a Control Center 2.3.1 quarterly patch.
- Quarterly patches do not go beyond the first quarterly patch. For example, you won’t see a Control Center 2.2.2 quarterly patch or Control Center 2.3.2 quarterly patch.
