Schema Registry Security Plugin

This is a Confluent Enterprise-only feature.

The Schema Registry security plugin adds the capability to authenticate the incoming requests and authorize them via the configured authorizer. This allows schema evolution management to be restricted to administrative users, with application users provided with read-only access only.
